I had a very negative experience. During both my visits Dr. Connell had not read the letters that my psychologists had taken hours to put together. She was unable to identify both my OCD and autism and was visibly frustrated answering my questions about her role or my medication

Dr Connell made me feel safe enough to speak about lifelong struggles and listened without judgment. She has taken the time to explain things fully and to answer my (many) questions. This, alongside her holistic approach to treatment, has given me back a sense of control over my life. I had no idea what to expect but I could not have met a kinder professional, who really listens. Dr. Connell immediately put me at ease, as she is naturally warm and clearly a very experienced Psychiatrist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Connell, she has helped me hugely.
