Dr. Hassan is an exceptional and highly skilled neurosurgeon whose dedication to his patients is evident in every aspect of his care. Unfortunately, due to a duplicate record error created by the hospital, my surgery was cancelled just 30 minutes before I was scheduled to go to theatre. While the decision to cancel was beyond Dr. Hassan's control, he made every effort to resolve the issue on the day. Understanding my distress, Dr. Hassan went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule to carry out the procedure just two days later. His professionalism, compassion, and determination to ensure the best outcome were truly reassuring throughout this challenging situation. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and expertise I received from Dr. Hassan and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate neurosurgeon.
