3 Mr Sutton was running late as a patient had been booked he wasn’t aware of , subsequently I was seen 35 minutes after my appointment time and then he proceeded to take a call on his mobile phone . I felt slightly rushed during whole consultation unfortunately, R. M

5 I cannot fault the service and delivery here. Dr Gaikwad removed a benign mole for me. The operation was less uncomfortable than I expected. Post operation I felt zero discomfort, to a level that meant I often forgot I’d had it done! The remaining scar is literally unnoticeable. D. W. C
