Mr Pepper has been excellent throughout our entire care. He was able to give a diagnosis for my son within minutes and the best plan of action. He was very approachable and easy to contact after our consultation and surgery and answered all our questions and eased our worries.

Mr Pepper performed an adenoidectony and grommets for our two year old daughter. He was incredibly professional, kind and reassuring. He followed up multiple times after the op and squeezed us into a clinic to check on her progress. All the team at Portland were also brilliant.
