This Dr was the best in the country, my daughter was overlooked by 4 hospitals.....Dr ZL saved my daughters life. So compassionate and sensitive. Treated us as if she was her only patient. Very proffessional and highly specialised and qualified!!

I had an awful experience with this consultant, and I strongly advise anyone scheduled to see her to reconsider, for their own physical and mental health. Despite traveling from another city, she missed multiple appointments. Shockingly, my new doctor quickly identified several oversights in her tests within just five minutes.

My consultation with Dr Zarate-Lopez was excellent; exactly what I had hoped for. She was friendly, empathetic and took time to explain her views of my condition. I had numerous questions, and she took the time to answer all of them. She provided a clear plan on what to do next, and I have complete confidence in her. The support team were also very friendly and helpful.

Extremely thorough and the most efficient practitioner I have ever come across. I am amazed at how quickly, literally within a couple of hours, that she feeds back on test and scan results. Her advice is very precise and reflects a high level of confidence, experience and wisdom in her field. I am so glad that I am in her care and been referred to her by my gynaecologist. Her medical secretary, Ivana reflects the same qualities as Dr Natalia.

Probably one of the worst doctors I have ever had. My first appointment was cancelled last minute and was also left to me to rearrange. For the next appointment I received no call and proceeded to call to see what had happened. Her secretary was horrible and informed me that Dr Lopez had said she was annoyed with me which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. After this had been sorted, I arranged an in person appointment and this was extremely unhelpful and also the way in which she treated me left me extremely uncomfortable. In the next appointment I had on the telephone with her she told me after trying 2 medications for my bowel issues that they could not do anything to help me if the next thing she prescribed didn't work. This was untrue and also conveyed to me that she had not listened to my issues and had she done more tests she would have been able to understand that I have functional issues and medication was not the best course of treatment. Since then I have been still under her care, however, she has ignored several emails from the psychiatrist at the hospital asking her to follow up with me, leaving me struggling immensely. I have now referred myself to a different hospital as the treatment she provided was terrible. I would recommend to avoid this doctor at all costs as she dragged out my time suffering and was completely unhelpful and unprofessional.

This other review site is doing an injustice to patients. You can not take down honest negative reviews but leave general "great asset to NHS" Makes a sham out of site and is disrespectful to patients. This Doctors true practice should be in the public domain - with proof.

Mine is a complex case spanning 12 years so I was referred on to this lady with high hopes. She performed multiple tests and found more symptoms, all of which are treatable as laid out in the NHS guidelines. I was shocked, to say the least when she referred me to pain management and was told to carry on taking laxatives. No other treatment was offered at all which would have improved my quality of life.

Having had enough one day I wrote a constructive letter to her, I know she recieved it because all the other professionals responded, she did not. She ruined my health and life, I am disgusted and shocked that even after reports to the GMC she's still able to practice. I do not feel like a person anymore and I hope one day she acknowledges what she has done.

Really the worsT Doctor in the UK. Please do not go to see her. She does not listen. And makes serious mistakes that risk your life. She is not willing to consider the patient at all. I doubt these so - called five star reviews are from her patients. Why is a terrible Doctor who has been reported to the GMC working at UCHL?

I am reporting this doctor to the gmc. If anyone else has had a terrible experience with her please report her. I know pals/the clinic will dismiss your complaint, but unless a significant number of people complain to the gmc, she will never be investigated.

Doesn't seem to understand anything and is seriously incapable of listening. I saw her twice, asked my GP to refer me elsewhere. If she wasn't making decisions about my health - she'd be a joke.

I've been under Dr. N Zarate-Lopez for nearly three years. There is no denying that this Dr is a bit strange. She appeared to get my identity muddled and wrote to the wrong GP. The staff lied and stated I'd not attended several appointments which they had moved. I complained to her personally by letter she just ignored me. She had been very dismissive of my claims I may be having problems with TVT and stapled hemroidpexy I had years ago and have had problems with for years. I feel utterly let down by this clinic. I should have officially complained when I first had problems, rather than attempt to keep polite. She really has done so little for me, in fact probably made things worse by just not listening. I finally got diagnosed with rectoentrocele via a gynae intervention at another hospital. She still claimed that wouldn't have anything to do with my problems. This Dr. should be investigated.

I can honestly say Dr Zarate-Lopez saved my life. She was the first doctor who actually listened to what I was experiencing and since our first meeting has always gone above and beyond to ensure I get the best care and support. Even when it has felt like there were no options at times, Dr Zarate-Lopez is constantly researching and looking into new treatment options to try and ensure we are consistently moving in the right direction. I cannot recommend Dr Zarate-Lopez highly enough!
