5 I wish I'd known about Mr Aylott and the Cheltenham Spine Clinic earlier because I could have saved myself from many months of excrutiating pain with sciatica. Having been unable to get any diagnosis or treatment through my GP, I arranged a private MRI scan which showed a spinal cyst. I had a consultation and a standing Xray in one afternoon at Cheltenham. Mr Aylott was very reassuring, answered all my questions, and gave me clear treatment options with the most definitive option being surgery with dynamic stabilization. Two weeks later I had the surgery at the Harley Street Hospital and walked out later that day pain free! My recovery has gone well, and now at 6 weeks I am pain free and able to go for long walks. My lower back also no longer aches as it did before and I am looking forward to returning to tennis at 3 months. For me the experience has been life changing! G. D
