An outstanding service! Mr Aylott is thorough, reassuring, highly professional and skilled. He gave me several treatment options, explained them clearly and, within a week of first seeing him, I had a spinal injection and have been pain free since.

5 I visited Mr Aylott's 'One Stop' clinic in Cheltenham following a recommendation from a friend which was supported by others who knew of him. After a consultation and MRI scan I was given a clear diagnosis with options for treatment of the disc herniation which had been causing sciatic pain over an 11 year period. I had complete confidence in Mr Aylott's expertise in spine issues and appreciated his clear and sound explanations. I opted for surgery and Mr Aylott performed a microdiscectomy on me just 3 weeks later at the London Spine Unit, Harley Street. I was admitted at 8.15am and walked out of the hospital at 3.15pm the same day feeling amazingly well. Now six weeks on from my surgery I have no more sciatic or back pain and at 74 feel fit and mobile once again. I have several friends who have back issues and have naturally recommended him to them. Overall, a positive experience. My sciatica was so bad that I could barely walk. It is now completely cured. Be aware that the operation is performed in London and you will need to arrange a hotel.

5 I had an incredible life-changing experience, thanks to Almighty God, with whose blessings I came in contact with Mr. Casper Aylott, a successful surgeon and a gem of a person. He is a thorough professional and blessed with a Midas touch. He is brilliant with immaculate diagnostic skills. I have been suffering from sciatica pain for over two years and have tried various treatments with no success. When I visited him the first time, he diagnosed me with a bull's eye. I was highly impressed with him as he reached a precise conclusion on day one. He explained to me very clearly the root cause and the remedy, including the risks involved. He also advised me on the rate of success in my case if I opted for surgery, which was the best option with a long-lasting cure. I was full of doubts and had several questions about the surgery, including the risks involved, his experience and recovery time. He patiently answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On the same day, I was able to decide on the surgery. The key factors that helped me make a decision were as follows. -Confidence, knowledge, expertise and positivity of Mr. Aylott -The surgery would be of a minimally invasive nature -I would be able to walk on my feet a few hours after surgery and shall be discharged from the hospital the same day after surgery -I shall not be bedridden after surgery; I must keep myself mobile and help with daily life routines. The exciting part is he kept his word. I could walk with ease soon after a few hours after surgery without sciatica pain; I was discharged from the hospital and went back to my accommodation the same day in a taxi. A few days back, I visited him for a follow-up after complete recovery; he suggested I return to work. My family and I are grateful to Mr Aylott and pray to God to give him the strength to keep doing good work and help humanity.
