Mr Muhammad Umar is a dedicated consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon specialising in arthritides of the hip and knee, knee arthroscopy and cartilage surgery, paediatric orthopaedics, and trauma injuries. Mr Umar qualified in 1999 from the University of the Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan with Bachelor's degrees in Science, Surgery, and Medicine. He then went on to complete a membership course with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2006, and a certificate in Sports and Exercise with them later in 2008. His training as a trauma and orthopaedic surgeon has spanned many years and insitutions including Luton and Dunstable Hospital, Macclesfield District General Hospital, and Liverpool University Hospitals, highlighting his comittment to improving his capabailities.
