Mr Mokawem is professional, and knowledgeable and has great skill in passing information to the patient resulting in total confidence.
He is an excellent listener and has great empathy.
He is VERY approachable meaning that there is no fear in talking to him about anything.
EVERYONE rates him very highly.
When communicating with other members of staff, without exception, they all ‘waxed lyrical’ about him, not only as an expert in his field, but also him as a person.

Mr Mokawem always listens and gives you as much time as you need, he’s very friendly, caring and understanding and has helped me so much over the past 30 months. I owe a lot to him as he did the emergency surgery I needed to save me from being paralysed when my local spinal surgeon refused to see me. Mr Mokawem treated me with the upmost care, respect and sensitivity from the moment I turned up at the clinic in a desperate state. I had 100% trust in his judgment from the first visit. Mr Mokawem has been available at all times throughout my surgical journey, answering numerous questions, allaying fears and ensuring all procedures went efficiently and successfully.
