His seizure-freedom rate, following surgery for severe epilepsy, exceeds international norms.He is Lead Clinician for neurosurgery at King’s College Hospital and runs the largest epilepsy surgery practice in the country, he also serves as Consultant Neurosurgeon for the London Neurosurgery Partnership. He serves as Specialist Advisor to the National institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and was Team Doctor for Great Britain during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
