Mr Sinnett is genuinely as brilliant as his reputation would lead you to believe! His approachable and humble approach to clients and patients is reassuring and warm. He takes a personal approach to his patients that ensures that we know what is happening, how and why... and this is exceptionally reassuring. quite aside from his clinical approach, he is a thoroughly nice chap and a pleasure to visit even when surgery is on the cards! A credit to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital! William Hawkes

Mr Sinnett was welcoming, pleasant, gentle, knowledgeable, thorough and totally trustworthy and professional in all aspects. It was a pleasure to meet him, despite the circumstances. I have been recommending him to everyone ever since!

Mr Sinnett was very helpful from the outset, fitting me into a busy schedule as my plaster needed removing quickly. He was really kind and easy to talk to. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them one by one. He explained very clearly what I had done to my ankle and what was to happen going forward. He was very pro-active in his treatment protocol - plaster off, straight to a boot, recommended a very good physiotherapist and kept following up with me at regular intervals to check on my progress. I can’t really think of any suggestions to improve my care as he was really excellent.

Mr Sinnett had the right balance between medical advice and emotional intelligence. He was very informative, but also a thoroughly lovely chap.
