Mr Timothy Hookway is a leading consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist based in Plymouth. In over ten years of experience, he has helped numerous women overcome a variety of gynaecological issues such as endometriosis and pelvic pain. Mr Hookway is an expert in laparoscopy (key-hole surgery), generally favouring this method over more invasive traditional techniques.
Mr Hookway studied for his medical degree at Imperial College London, graduating with honours, before completing his medical training at various hospitals in London and the surrounding areas. In 2013, after completing further training, he became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He was chosen for the position of consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist in 2017 and his since founded a specialist endometriosis treatment centre, which has received national accreditation.
