Dr Timothy Mould is a highly skilled consultant gynaecological oncologist based in London. He is renowned for his expertise in colposcopy, laparoscopy, minimal access surgery (keyhole surgery), cytology, abnormal smear tests, and cervical cancer.
After completing an MA at the University of Oxford, Dr Mould qualified in medicine at the University of London in 1988. He was appointed as a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology in 1992 and completed his certificate of completion of specialty training in 2000, with a sub-specialisation in gynaecological oncology. He has also been awarded with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oxford and has achieved accreditation in laparoscopic surgery from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology and is certified by the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. He is a consultant gynaecological oncologist at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he also serves as lead for gynaecological oncology and colposcopy. He sees private patients at HCA Princess Grace Hospital.
Dr Mould has authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles and numerous chapters in leading textbooks. In addition, he has himself written a comprehensive textbook on gynaecological cancer surgery. He is a member of the British Gynaecological Cancer Society, the British Society of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy, the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology, and the International Gynaecological Cancer Society.
