I came to Professor Quick with a long term Drop Foot issue. He immediately diagnosed the issue through MRI scans provided. His knowledge and understanding was faultless. He reasured me and took the time to explain this issue, the diagnosis and process to get me hopefully back on my feet again. I cannot recommend enough this individual or Donald and the support staff. An outstanding service.

I had 2 extremely disappointing consultations. He was dismissive due to the complex nature of my surgical history. I would never recommend him if one has a complex medical/surgical history.

Mr Quick was very welcoming and polite. He came to greet me in reception with a handshake. It was a very important consultation for myself but Mr Quick was compassionate and honest, which to me goes a very long way.

I am deeply thankful for the doctor's exceptional care, clear explanations, and profound expertise, which resulted in identifying a lifelong condition. This discovery brought great peace of mind, especially as previous doctors had attributed my symptoms to psychological factors. It instilled confidence in the treatment plan moving forward.

It was my first visit to see Mr Tom Quick and I came all the way from the Isle of Anglesey , for a 30 minute self paid appointment, as he had been highly recommended by a physio. He had clearly read through every scan and report I had sent him prior to the consultation, his experience and expertise shone through and I liked the way that he asked questions to find out even more information from me. Although it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, he was very honest and up front with me, which I respect, and still formulated a plan of action going forward to continue to support me to make the right decision for my pain management going forward. For a first consultation I feel 30 minutes wasn’t long enough, but I did come away with the knowledge I needed to move forward on trying to resolve my nerve damage and pain.

My experience of Tom Quick was excellent. He always treated me with compassion, listened to my fears, and answered my questions. I believe that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field and was able to complete my surgery with great care and skill. I would highly recommend him to other patients with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
