I have had a few psychologists but none I could connect with in the way I did with Mary-Anne. I genuinely felt that she was going on the journey with me. The sessions had a transformational impact on my confidence and overall wellbeing. Her easygoing attitude and approachable nature put me at ease from the get go. For context, I am a 42 year old professional male.

Mary-Anne had an enormously positive impact on my life, helping me through a difficult period with her warm and natural style. She provided excellent sessions as a therapist and psychological guide and I would very much recommend.

Dr Mary-Anne Smyth is an amazing psychologist who I would highly recommend. I read Mary-Anne’s profile and instantly felt she was the right therapist for me, after putting off seeking help for many years. I would not hesitate to go back if needed.
