The appointment itself was fine and the Consultant very knowledgeable. Also the staff who did scans etc were excellent.. Customer service/ability to get through when trying to book appointments at the Edinburgh SPIRE hospitals is not so great.

Attended the doctor with extreme discomfort after enduring foot pain for some months. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and polite. After a few tests he explained my issue in great, but simple detail. I was put immediately at ease and feel confident about a solution.

I would highly recommend Mr. Shalaby. I went to him for a second opinion after a foot fracture. He was kind and very informative. He explained clearly where I was in terms of healing and what to expect going forward with rehabilitation with my physio. Excellent care.
