I have seen Dr Imam few times in the NHS. He operated on me and I wanted to give him my greatest thanks for the lovely work and more importantly the amazing attitude he had. I had a previous surgery by another consultant before and it did not go well. I was referred to the proff for his expert opinion. i thought i will never move my elbow again but he made me at ease and showed me illustrations of what he is going to do. i had what looked like a huge surgery and he was reassuring and confident from the beginning. he made me feel at ease. he made me feel i am his only patient. I could not be happier and i could not be more grateful. THANK YOU!!

Excellent surgeons with great attention to detail! It is hard to be told you need surgery but you know with Prof Imam immediately you are in very safe hands and he has proved me right!

On first meeting Professor Imam, i was immediately put at ease. His aurora was amazing, kind, professional, humble, i felt at total ease.
He was already advised of my case, being a little complex, his expert knowledge gave me immense confidence immediately.
After explaining to me what needed to be done & also what he may need to do when going into the site if things are worse than the MRI had shown.
Aftercare was excellent saw me twice before i went home & i was only a day case.
i am having a second appointment at the Runnymede hospital this week.
100% excellent care from start to finish a wonderful gentleman, professor & surgeon,
so pleased to have been given the opportunity to be in his care.

It was a pleasure meeting Professor Imam who is very cheerful, humble and extremely knowledgable. He did urgent surgery on me and he reviewed me after surgery and after two weeks and immediately, I can see a huge benefit!

Mr Imam operated on my elbow which was completely dislocated and broken. One of the doctors told me he is the expert in managing these here and I was referred to his fracturec clinic. I saw him, He spent time explaining everything to me and showed me pictures and different options. He spoke to the radiology department and made them do Ct on the elbow on the same day. I had the surgery and immediately I could feel a difference. it has been 9 weeks since the surgery and I am delighted with everything. He is indeed an expert and I could not recommend him enough. Thanks Mr Imam, and thanks to everyone in St Peters and Ashford hospitals.

Mr Imam spent the time with me explaining the issues with my shoulders in detail, giving an honest opinion, empathetically. We have gone down the conservative route for now with steroid injections but I am aware that surgery may be necessary for the future. He is very passionate and knowledgable about shoulders. Two minutes down the line, you would feel fully at ease!
I can not recommend him enough!

I had a complex elbow fracture after being hit by a car! There was a dislocation in the joint and everyone I have seen told me it is a complex fracture and the results will be bad :(
I was referred to Mr Imam as I was told he is the expert in managing these injuries and he was indeed. He spent time in his NHS clinic telling me about my injuries and he reassured me. He even showed me pictures and showed detailed illustrations of what is needed. He was obviously the expert and demonstrated a lot of knowledge. I even asked if I can have it done privately with him and he told me no need as this can be done quickly in the NHS as it is an emergency!!
I had the surgery before things went wrong and to my surprise, I am significantly better and seriously I can not praise him enough as well as the amazing NHS team working with him in Ashford and St Peter's!!
Thanks a lot NHS and Thanks to Mr Imam and all staff!

I had a follow-up consultation after my surgery with professor Imam on Wednesday 22/01/2025. This wasfor me to ask any questions. He was excellent in providing clear information on how the surgery went, making me feel confident and comfortable for my recovery.

The doctor was really professional and friendly. Checked out my problem thoroughly and referred me for the best cure/after op care and followed it up. The hospital very clean and tidy and staff very helpful and welcoming. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I cannot recommend Professor Imam highly enough. I have now had three surgeries with him and all have healed beautifully. The level of care and empathy is outstanding. He's a wonderful human being.

I had an excellent experience. Had a tendon repair and all is going well. Small wounds indeed. I am very excellent job. I am glad he is my surgeon. I am very happy.
