Mr. Tennent is not able to listen. He doesn't care about your health issues or shoulder/elbow challenges. He looks sleepy and disinterested in his consultations. It's just a waiste of time and money.

Mr Tennent reconstructed my shoulder after a swimming accident ripped most muscles from their anchors to the bone including my bicep. I went in a complete mess and came out three and a half hours later like new. For any shoulder problems I would only see this surgeon.

I first saw Mr Tennent as a second opinion after another surgeons botched operation, he has been fantastic. My shoulder issues have been difficult and ongoing but Mr Tennent has always found an answer and treatment plan, he has never given up on trying to get me pain free, I wouldn't trust anyone else near my shoulders with a scalpel! He is a very approachable and caring man and I would highly recommended him and his team

I have been to Duncan Tennent for two procedures and he has been fantastic both times. Always reassuring and most importantly, cures me! Would recommend him to anyone who has problems with shoulders!

I have had a very traumatic time for 20 years plus with a severely arthritic elbow, which only Dr Tennent with his perseverance and total dedication has finally been able to replace the elbow joint in September this year, and has finally put me on the road to recovery. I can't thank him enough.

Mr Tennent has seen me at three different hospitals in connection with a broken arm. I have always found that he has been very pro-active in his ideas for therapy and treatment - suggesting a relatively new procedure to accelerate healing (most successfully it seems). He has been excellent at accommodating my requirements to keep active during recovery and again made some excellent suggestions. Very importantly for me, given my busy schedule, Mr Tennent has always made himself available - even on very short notice - to see me. Charming manner and a very pleasant person to spend time with - even with a broken arm. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I needed to see a consultant as i have issue with both of my shoulders, and when i was told its was going to Mr Duncan Tennent. I was more than happy as he repaired my arm 4 years earlier when I snapped my bicep Tendon, with his help I was back to work and playing sports completely in 3 months due to his expertise and after care.
He explain to me what the issue was with both of my shoulder and what the possible treatments would be for of both, I have now full confidence in what ever treatment he recommends to help me to another speedy recovery.

I first saw Mr Tennent 5 years ago for a second opinion on shoulder surgery. His confidence and knowledge were reassuring and led me to choose him as my surgeon. The surgery was successful and 5 years later the shoulder feels as good as new. This year, problems with the other shoulder led me to seek his opinion again. While explaining how surgery was a possible option this time, Mr Tennent was patient in taking me through several scenarios and lines of treatment along with their consequences, answering all my questions with great patience. This balanced perspective and clarity has allowed me to make a good decision, this time not involving surgery. Both outcomes, I believe, are the mark of an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend him.
