Miss Asli Üçyigit is a highly skilled consultant gynaecologist with expertise in colposcopy and gynaecological ultrasound. A graduate of Imperial College London in 2008, she received a national research award from the charity CORE for her groundbreaking work conducted in Uganda during her medical training. Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of women’s health issues, including endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, menstrual disorders, and menopause care. She is also adept at advanced procedures such as laparoscopic gynaecologic surgery, hysteroscopy, and cervical biopsy.
Miss Üçyigit’s proficiency in diagnosing and managing complex gynaecological conditions is bolstered by a two-year research fellowship at King’s College Hospital, where she specialised in advanced ultrasound scanning. She has published extensively in academic journals, contributed chapters to medical textbooks, and presented her findings at international conferences. In 2021, her innovative research on hyperemesis gravidarum was recognised with first prize at the Pan-London Obstetrics & Gynaecology Conference.
