Mr Kirana is a great doctor and I’m so glad that I’ve met him. I suffer with Endometriosis for years and already had one laparoscopic surgery in the past. Mr Kirana & his team did an amazing job during my 2nd, 6 hours long surgery! Also, I had a call from him 2 days after to check if I’m feeling okay! After living in agony for years, I’m pain free. Thank you Mr Kirana, you’re still my hero :)

I whole heartedly recommend Mr.Arambage. He diagnosed my endometriosis and adenomyosis quickly and explained clearly my options. He at all times considered the impact of his words whilst offering a solutions. He is kind, informed, excellent at his job and clearly wants to help. I had been in severe pain for a long time - where I had been brushed off before, he took me seriously and I am so grateful. He booked me for a total hysterectomy and oophorectomy as soon as was possible. Mr.Arambage'a secretary Fiona is just brilliant. Not only is she super efficient, she is always compassionate and mindful of how a gynae patient must be feeling - absolutely the best secretary I have ever come across! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr.Arambage and his team - I am incredibly grateful not only for the surgeries he performed but particularly for his reassuring approach, in depth knowledge and compassion. I am quite certain he and his team have made a difference to many women's lives. I am so grateful.

After enduring months of severe pain and being diagnosed with endometriosis, I was referred to Dr. Arambage by my previous consultant, who discovered during a laparoscopy that my case was particularly complex. Upon consulting with Dr. Kirana, I was immediately reassured by his expertise and compassionate approach. My condition was intricate, with endometriosis having spread extensively. Nevertheless, Dr. Kirana, utilizing his exceptional skills, performed the most effective surgical procedure possible. Today, five weeks post-surgery, I am delighted to report that I just completed a hike without any pain. I feel as though I have been given a new lease on life. In hindsight, I often wish I had consulted him earlier, as it would have spared me significant time spent in discomfort. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kirana's help, as well as for his secretary, Fiona, who has always been available and easy to reach.

Thanks to Mr Arambage and his brilliant secretary, Fiona, I had a good experience during a recent uncertain situation, which I found quite complicated. They have been considerate, caring and knowledgeable and helped smooth the path to a resolution. They have answered calls and queries, at times outside of office hours and I have always felt heard. My thanks to them both.

A positive experience thank you to Mr Arambage. I was diagnosed with extensive endometriosis in May 2024 and had a total hysterectomy just two months later plus other procedures at the same time. Mr Arambage discussed the options available to me and he was very accessible when I had follow-up questions. Comfortable stay at The Manor Hospital and glad this surgery is now complete and my symptoms are relieved.

I had hysterectomy and endometriosis removal surgery with Mr Arambage 10 weeks ago due to adenomyosis and endometriosis and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and the outcome of the surgery. From the first consultation with Mr Arambage I felt that he really cared about my health issues and took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my symptoms and what options I had clearly. I’ve been seeing serval gynocologist both privately and through the NHS and Mr Arambage is by far the most knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate specialist I’ve met. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone suffering from similar conditions.

I wish I had gone private earlier. I was on the JR waiting list with expected surgery at about 10 months from going on the list. Being in discomfort with an 8cm ovarian cyst I contacted the Manor Hospital and from the first enquiry to the surgery was exactly one month. Mr Arambage discussed the procedure with me in detail and I was confident that my problem would be sorted. The operation went well, with no complications, I stayed in overnight (my choice) and Mr Arambage came to see me the following morning together with the anaesthetist to explain that everything went to plan. Also, he has a lovely smile!
