From the moment I met Mr Kumar he instilled the utmost confidence in me, for him to carry out my procedure. I had major surgery for which I was extremely anxious about, having not gone through anything like that before, but I received such reassurance that my worries became insignificant. Mr Kumar, you’re amazing at what you do, and you have such a warm, compassionate approach, which in my experience having gone through medical intervention with family, is rare.
