Patients comments

The doctor did not have a good bedside manner and was difficult to talk to. I had a scan and the machine wasn't working properly so we had to go to another area. Instead of telling me what was going on she said nothing and I was scared and confused, it was stressful!

I am sorry you did not have a good experience at your recent consultation. I normally use the scanner which is present in the same room of consultation. Unfortunately it was broken and I had to use another scanner in a different room. I apologise that I had not explained this clearly. Thank you for this feedback which will help me to reflect and refine my service.
