Had an appointment booked in within a few days. Arrived and was seen in minutes. Ms Soliman was very empathetic and explained everything about my condition and treatment. I was not rushed and my questions and concerns were all addressed.

The doctor did not have a good bedside manner and was difficult to talk to. I had a scan and the machine wasn't working properly so we had to go to another area. Instead of telling me what was going on she said nothing and I was scared and confused, it was stressful!

I am sorry you did not have a good experience at your recent consultation. I normally use the scanner which is present in the same room of consultation. Unfortunately it was broken and I had to use another scanner in a different room. I apologise that I had not explained this clearly.
